About the role

This role involves supporting various warehouse departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking, within an electronics repair and processing facility.

What you'll do

• Support all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Help with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners.
• Provide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes.
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and assist co-workers in developing their skills.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, Box Truck, and pallet/wrapping equipment).
• Ability to perform end-user computer functions, including data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems (e.g., RF units, computer terminals).
• Demonstrated ability to train and certify new hires and employees in all warehouse functions, including equipment operation.
• Effective support in scheduling trucks.
• Ability to stand or walk for considerable lengths of time, consistently bending to floor level, and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
