About the role
This role involves architecting, deploying, and optimizing MatX's digital supply chain infrastructure. The focus is on setting up and managing ERP, PLM, procurement, and inventory software systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems.
- Build data integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP, warehouse management, and supplier portal systems.
- Ensure data fidelity and accuracy for master data elements including BOMs, part numbers, vendor master files, and lead times.
- Develop automated workflows and dashboard reporting metrics for executive visibility into inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order (ECO) release flows between PLM and ERP systems.
- Provide system administration, user training, access controls, and ongoing troubleshooting support for internal teams.
What you'll need
- 6+ years experience administering or implementing supply chain systems (ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS) in a hardware technology setting.
- Expertise with systems such as NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, or Coupa.
- Strong business systems analysis skillset to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and change-management skills to train non-technical users on system capabilities.
