About the role
This role involves operating manufacturing tools to process wafers, monitoring equipment and process parameters, and performing minor adjustments in a clean-room environment.
What you'll do
- Operate manufacturing tools to process high quality product.
- Interface with computer systems to perform job duties.
- Make minor corrections or adjustments to the process and equipment.
- Perform multi-functional wafer fabrication processes and equipment operations.
- Utilize Lot Priority and other inventory management systems for product tracking.
- Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to audit control charts.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal).
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift in a clean-room environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds and move it over extended distances.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs. via rolling cart or rolling wire rack.
- Sufficient hand manipulation and ability to grasp wafer pod frequently during shift.
- Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and gases.
Nice to have
- Participates in basic equipment trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
- Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- May performs changes or refills of chemicals in the work area.
