About the role
Skyworks is seeking an RF Test Technician to support semiconductor assembly operations.
What you'll do
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions, process improvements, monitor statistical process controls, and update specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve process problems by following documented procedures.
- Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment.
- Review and respond to RF test failures.
- Coach, train, and assist factory operators to enhance productivity.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with operations, equipment support, and engineering.
- Ability to wear cleanroom attire and protective equipment during a 12-hour shift, including bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or above in a STEM discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
