About the role
This role involves supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations by performing product dispositions, setting up assembly process equipment, and responding to RF test failures. You will contribute to process improvements and monitor statistical process controls.
What you'll do
- Perform product dispositions and process improvements.
- Monitor statistical process controls and update specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve process problems following documented procedures.
- Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment.
- Review and respond to RF test failures.
- Coach, train, and assist factory operators to enhance productivity.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
