About the role
This role involves supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations through process improvement, equipment qualification, and addressing RF test failures. You will contribute to enhancing productivity and maintaining statistical process controls within the semiconductor assembly industry.
What you'll do
- Perform product dispositions, process improvements, and monitor statistical process controls.
- Diagnose and resolve process problems following documented procedures.
- Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment.
- Review and respond to RF test failures.
- Coach, train, and assist factory operators to enhance productivity.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
- Ability to wear cleanroom attire and protective equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
