About the role
This role involves working with operations and engineering teams to manage product dispositions, improve processes, and respond to RF test failures. The technician will set up and qualify assembly process equipment within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Work with operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions and process improvements.
- Monitor statistical process controls and update specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve process problems following documented procedures.
- Set-up and qualify assembly process equipment.
- Review and respond to RF test failures.
- Coach, train, and assist factory operators to enhance productivity.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
- Ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
