About the role
This role involves maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing specialized manufacturing test systems to ensure product quality and throughput.
What you'll do
- Perform general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Conduct quality testing across all stages of production.
- Collaborate with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
- Collect and evaluate real-time operating data using sophisticated software.
- Determine process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.
- Develop standard procedures to optimize long-term production quality.
What you'll need
- 2-year or 4-year technical course in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or Electronics Engineering (Undergraduate).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing, work instruction, and process documents.
- Familiarity with different electronics measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fast learner with flexibility.
