About the role
This role bridges the gap between production and engineering by maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing specialized manufacturing test systems to ensure peak product quality and throughput.
What you'll do
- Perform general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Conduct quality testing across all stages of production.
- Collaborate with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
- Utilize sophisticated software to collect and evaluate real-time operating data.
- Perform on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.
- Determine process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.
What you'll need
- Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year technical course primarily on Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or Electronics Engineering (Undergraduate).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing, work instruction, and process documents.
- Familiarity with different electronics measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word).
