Join the Test Engineering Team responsible for evaluating, developing, and troubleshooting test solutions utilized in testing Skyworks RF Front End Modules.
About the role
This role involves evaluating, developing, and troubleshooting test solutions utilized in testing Skyworks RF Front End Modules or the component filters, switches, LNAs and power amplifiers inside the module. You will be working in a dynamic lab environment with opportunities to work with RF test equipment, software automation and data analysis tools.
What you'll do
- Develop automated test solutions for evaluating and optimizing product performance.
- Verify automated solutions with manual bench measurements.
- Develop automation for analyzing measurement data.
- Troubleshoot bench setups for hardware or software issues.
- Assist in building new setups or modifying existing setups.
What you'll need
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, enrolled at university during the Intern/Co-Op period.
- Able to work onsite up to 6 months during June - December 2027.
- Bench experience with RF and Analog test equipment, including troubleshooting and debugging.
- Familiar with test measurement methods and test equipment automation.
- Able to work from schematic, block diagrams and verbal discussions.
Nice to have
- Skill in programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Familiar with using AI Assistants for programming and data analysis.
- Understanding of engineering methods of analysis.
- Understanding of semiconductors and electronics.
