About the role
As a Maintenance Technician on the Manufacturing Operations team, you will support semiconductor test and programming operations by performing equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance. This position directly supports test floor operations across both FPGA and MSA business units.
What you'll do
- Execute daily tasks including setups, troubleshooting, and temperature verifications of test and programming equipment and workstations for FPGA and MSA business units. - Collaborate with Test Engineering (TE), Product Engineering (PE), Production, and ODMG Engineering teams to resolve technical floor issues. - Perform calibration and preventive maintenance on test systems (Teradyne J750, Credence D10), handlers, probers, Silicon Sculptors, and related test floor equipment. - Install dedicated change kits on test and programming handlers. - Troubleshoot and execute repairs on test, marking, and programming equipment.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or GED. - 3+ years of relevant work-related experience in manufacturing. - Working knowledge of semiconductor test equipment and electronics. - Strong mechanical aptitude. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage electronic files. - Capability to meet U.S. Export Controls requirements as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
