The role involves analog compute-in-memory (CIM) using SuperFlash technology for neural networks.

About the role

This role involves the design, development, and integration of analog circuit blocks for Flash-IP and memBrain IP. This includes analog compute-in-memory (CIM) based on SuperFlash technology for neural networks, enabling ultra-low-power AI inference.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and integrate analog circuit blocks for Flash-IP and memBrain IP.
  • Simulate and validate analog circuit blocks and Flash-IP macros to meet performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Coordinate with engineers from design, technology, process, and testing departments.
  • Interface with marketing teams and customers to support embedded flash memory macros and address specific requirements.

What you'll need

  • BSEE with 10 years+ of experience in analog design.
  • Experience in leading analog design aspects of product development, including architecture definition, circuit implementation, and validation.
  • Experience in non-volatile memory design (HV circuits, charge pump generation and regulation, references, sensing, read circuits).
  • Experience in silicon validation, debug, and testing.
  • Experience in CAD tools (HSPICE/FINESIM, Verilog, Cadence Design Entry, LPE, EMIR) for design flow.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data conversion circuits (DAC, ADC).
  • Experience in communication circuits (PLL, DLL, LVDS, HS interfaces).
  • Experience in regulation circuits (LDO, digital LDO) and references (bandgap, bias).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Tcl).
  • AI Tool adoption.
  • Knowledge in Semiconductor device physics.
  • Neural network knowledge (e.g., MLP, CNN, Transformer, LMM) with PTQ and/or HAT for HW implementation.

Skills: analog circuit blocks, Flash-IP, memBrain IP, analog compute-in-memory, neural networks, non-volatile memory design
