About the role
This role involves supporting the Integration, Operations, and Major Programs group, serving as a key partner to research and engineering teams. The focus is on driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and project execution across the organization, enabling successful delivery of high-priority research programs within Tokyo Electron's global R&D facilities.
What you'll do
- Support and manage assigned business operations, R&D programs, and facility planning initiatives.
- Define and monitor project objectives, success criteria, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner with technical teams to develop project plans, identify dependencies, and address execution challenges.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Facilitate the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of risk registers aligned with business and R&D priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, recommending and implementing sustainable solutions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, program management, business operations, or process improvement environments.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience working in R&D, technology, semiconductor, or engineering-focused organizations.
- Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technologies and development environments.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as MONDAY.com, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills.
