About the role

This role involves technical program management within the LPU Software Team to lead software initiatives across the LPU SDK. You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define program plans, align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution.

What you'll do

  • Build and implement execution plans to meet business needs.
  • Own all aspects of technical program management, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, prioritization, and dependency management.
  • Build and own metrics for measuring program efficiency, collecting and analyzing data for data-driven decisions.
  • Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Guide multi-functional matrixed teams, moderating technical discussions to successful conclusions.
  • Serve as liaison between developers and customers, connecting technical and non-technical backgrounds.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with proven program management expertise.
  • 3+ years program management experience managing enterprise software products.
  • In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems.
  • Experience in AI training environments and managing resource availability.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, project planning, and task tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to use project management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and distributed version control systems (e.g. Git).
