Synopsys is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead corporate-level engineering transformation programs across global teams. The role focuses on shaping how software products that power the semiconductor industry are developed, released, and qualified.
What you'll do
- Lead corporate-level engineering transformation programs that change how Synopsys develops, releases, and qualifies software products across global teams. - Define and roll out scalable processes for product development, release management, and compliance, working directly with product teams to ensure adoption sticks. - Guide cross-functional product teams through industry standard compliance requirements, translating regulatory and market needs into executable engineering plans. - Align cross-functional groups including Engineering, Legal, DevOps, and Security around shared execution timelines and outcomes.
What you'll need
- Approximately a decade of experience rolling out processes and leading programs across large, global engineering organizations. - Demonstrated experience defining and implementing processes for product development, release management, and compliance. - Experience translating regulatory, industry standard, and market requirements into executable engineering plans. - Proven ability to align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Legal, DevOps, and Security across a matrixed organization.
