Support Sabre 3D and Sabre products within the Electrofill Product Group.
About the role
This role is responsible for managing the Sabre 3D Product Option Architecture (POA) within the Electrofill Engineering Operations Team, supporting Sabre 3D and Sabre products.
What you'll do
- Manage Sabre 3D POA.
- Lead the Sabre 3D roadmap for planning cut-ins of new features, CIP, and addressing OB situations.
- Work with Product Management & Engineering to understand needs and translate them into implementation.
- Make redline updates to Visio to add, remove, or modify options.
- Apply BOM management best practices in a scalable fashion to production BOMs & POA.
- Manage the strategy of CRs & ECNs to ensure PG's needs are met.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and technical presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, TC-PLM, and CQ.
- Attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity and experience with the Sabre 3D product and POA, and understanding of tool configurations and options, and their inter-dependencies.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
- Familiarity with engineering modeling software such as Creo or NX.
