What you'll do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, driving strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs.
- Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity.
What you'll need
- Extensive technical expertise in data converters.
- Hands-on IC tape-out and productization experience.
- Strong ability to translate high-level specifications into block-level design requirements.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 13 years of experience, or MS + 11 years of experience, or Ph.D. + 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience providing customer-facing support throughout product development and release-to-production phases.
