About the role
This role involves executing and enhancing Western Digital's early career strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on internship and full-time early career programs.
What you'll do
- Execute and localize global early career program strategies across APAC.
- Build and improve program enablement tools, playbooks, and resources.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of internship and full-time early career programs across APAC.
- Manage program logistics including event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for early career hires, interns, and managers across the region.
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and live events.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
- Proven experience managing early career programs across APAC, with familiarity with early career talent programming across Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Demonstrated experience balancing program execution and enablement, including building tools, frameworks, or scalable processes.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, learning & development, talent brand, and business stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
