About the role

This role involves leading and delivering end-to-end recruiting processes and solutions for one of Mobileye's business units.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in a rapidly growing R&D business unit.
• Partner with business units to create sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Work closely with hiring managers, providing guidance to build teams.
• Source candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Compile, analyze, and capture insights from data to support recruitment decisions.
• Plan and organize recruiting-related events and special projects.

What you'll need

• Experience as a recruiter from a high-tech company.
• BA in a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance recruiting, sourcing, and day-to-day productivity.
