About the role
You are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to support semiconductor equipment.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical or electronic components and equipment, and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems.
- Design or modify electrical engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications of limited scope under direct supervision.
- Perform engineering analysis and use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Perform and generate engineering test reports.
- Generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product releases.
- Use engineering processes to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems of limited scope.
What you'll need
- Master's degree.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a system design engineer.
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in system engineering.
- Experience designing or modifying electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, or detailed drawings/specifications for control systems.
- Design experience with control architecture design with system level knowledge, integration, and testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of equipment/tools in the semiconductor industry.
