About the role
As a System Engineer, you will design, integrate, and optimize complex systems for the semiconductor industry, focusing on advancing AI and semiconductor chip commercialization. Your expertise will be applied to developing advanced solutions for intricate processes and writing system specifications.
What you'll do
- Define and design complex components, modules, and subsystems.
- Lead architecture brainstorming and drive the systems process for subsystem architecture.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis of subsystems using design concepts and functional requirements.
- Build and qualify prototypes of new designs, or procure and test outsourced subsystems.
- Identify and troubleshoot difficult engineering problems, including serviceability and manufacturability.
- Support System Integration during assembly and final testing of new product designs.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-7 years of experience.
- Comprehension of schematics, metrological-measurement principles, safety protocols, and systems-engineering principles.
- Comprehension of semiconductor processing.
Nice to have
- Experience with operating Applied Materials systems.
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM software.
- Experience with mechatronic-based devices.
- Python scripting.
