About the role

This role leads strategic business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Supplier Collaboration domains. It focuses on driving the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital solutions leveraging SAP-based supply chain solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic Supply Chain Digital Transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and stabilization.
• Lead business process design and deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.
• Lead implementation and optimization of supplier collaboration technologies, including supplier portals, digital supply network platforms, and B2B integration solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business process owners, solution architects, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance through automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Champion change management and user adoption across global organizations.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Deep supply chain process expertise.
• Strong program leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing SAP-based supply chain solutions.
