About the role
The Facilities Services Senior Supervisor partners with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role leads the facilities team and multiple outsourced service providers across Arizona locations.
What you'll do
- Lead facilities programs including the Mechanical Workgroup, Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP), Business Continuity Planning, and ISO 9001 and 14001 programs and audits. - Direct operational activities, equipment maintenance, and building operations across Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse environments. - Participate in design reviews for facilities infrastructure and construction projects to ensure operational support and accessibility post-completion. - Identify and document opportunities to reduce operating costs, enhance system integrity, and improve resiliency and uptime. - Manage quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including forecasting and accruals, alongside capital planning and project management. - Oversee soft services including janitorial, printing services, landscaping, and consumable supplies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of supervisory experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance and Operations. - Demonstrated ability to manage facilities infrastructure including Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Process Cooling Water, Compressed Dry Air, Process Vacuum, Reverse Osmosis Water systems, Electrical Systems, and Warehouse Dock Infrastructure. - Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tririga, Bluebeam, and SAP.
