About the role
This role is a 12-week, full-time summer internship within the Memory Technology organization focused on the development, productization, and testing of flash memory technology.
What you'll do
- Support silicon evaluation, signal analysis, RTL design, and verification.
- Perform transistor-level circuit design and verification across custom analog and digital blocks.
- Develop automation scripts for verification environments.
- Contribute to technology development projects involving NAND memory cell evaluation or NAND chip quality and reliability.
- Build tools, such as AI-driven solutions, to support the development of flash memory devices.
What you'll need
- Current graduate student status with semiconductor-focused coursework.
- Knowledge of and/or exposure to AI/ML tools and concepts.
- Understanding of or coursework in electronics, analog circuitry, and digital circuitry.
- Experience using programming and scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, or Perl.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor measurements and data analysis.
- Demonstrated applications of AI/ML tools to real-world engineering problems.
