About the role
This internship focuses on developing data analysis tools for the characterization of integrated circuits, specifically for Near Field Communication (NFC) and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technologies.
What you'll do
- Develop a data analysis tool for automated integrated circuit characterization.
- Implement a data preparation process using Python with Polars.
- Integrate semantic embedding and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for an LLM to manage specifications.
- Conduct statistical analysis of test data and validate device performance against customer specifications.
- Communicate frequently in English with international Product Engineers to gather requirements and implement solutions.
What you'll need
- Master's degree (Bac +5), final year of an Engineering School program in Electronics, Statistics/Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of data science and implementation of statistical algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with Python 3 for data processing and analysis.
- Strong command of technical English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of microelectronics.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis of multimodal distributions.
