About the role

As an Engineer Staff, Manufacturing Product, you will provide technical leadership for assigned Cloud products.

What you'll do

Serve as the principal Product Engineer, owning product definition, technical performance, manufacturing readiness, and lifecycle execution.
Lead product industrialization from development through volume production, driving NPI, product transfer, qualification, and production ramp-up.
Ensure BOMs, drawings, specifications, product configurations, and documentation are accurate and production-ready.
Lead DfX reviews, including Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, Test, Reliability, and Cost.
Drive improvements in product yield, performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturing cost.
Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for complex manufacturing and field issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical role.
Extensive experience supporting NPI, product transfer, volume ramp, and sustaining engineering.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, configuration control, DfX, qualification, and engineering-change management.
Experience in optical, photonic, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-technology manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead complex technical investigations.

Master’s degree.
