Originally posted 6 July 2026 by the employer — open 66 days. Relisted by the employer on 12 August 2026.

About the role

This role involves the design of high performance analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks.

What you'll do

  • Architect, design, simulate, and optimize transistor level, block level, and module level circuits.
  • Supervise and verify layouts.
  • Prepare test plans for the test group.
  • Characterize products and assess reliability and yield.
  • Conduct simulation to bench and bench to test correlation.
  • Perform bench evaluation at both silicon and applications levels.

What you'll need

  • Hands-on design and development experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
  • Experience in full CMOS circuit design and development in Amplifiers (operational, instrumentation, wide-bandwidth), PMIC (Linear and switched regulators, Low-drop out regulators), or Data converters (ADC, DAC, Flash and SAR type).
  • Experience in 40nm and below CMOS technology.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry standard EDA tools (Cadence, Mentor, Siemens, Ansys).
  • Experience with analog layout techniques of mismatch reduction, gradient suppression, and parasitic effects minimization.
  • Knowledge of high performance and deep CMOS analog reliability considerations such as EM-IR, SOA, and VDR.

Nice to have

  • Experience with floor planning, block level routing and top level chip routing.
  • Functional knowledge of logic digital circuits and understanding of basic digital design flow.
  • Experience working with distributed design teams.
