About the role
This role involves working as a Staff Product Engineer within a dynamic product engineering team focusing on advanced technologies, including Server & Network Processor.
What you'll do
- Debug and characterize new product performance of digital/analog circuits.
- Craft solutions for yield and test problems using volume data, analysis, and test lab experimentation.
- Lead optimization and continuous improvement of production test screen spec definition processes.
- Support RMA testing, customer facing, and QnR teams during customer escalations.
- Define yield and manufacturing spec for various test insertions (Wafer Sort, Final Test and SLT).
- Play a lead role in test flow optimization, test time reduction, and insertion removals.
- Work with design and DFT/DFM groups to define and enhance yield and test methodology.
- Play a key role in new product qualification before volume production, and new package/fab qualification.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
- Good background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing experience.
- Experience in Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
Nice to have
- Product development and Mixed Signal testing experience.
