About the role
The Staff Process Integration Engineer leads assembly and test process development and integration within R&D for Advanced Memory and Logic probe card architectures. This hands-on role partners with Product Architects and Manufacturing Equipment Development teams to validate mechanical, electrical, and thermal performance while improving yield and reliability.
What you'll do
- Own assembly and test engineering module activities to align electrical, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturability requirements with the product roadmap. - Support development and qualification of new processes and partner with operations to transition them from development to high-volume manufacturing. - Implement strategies to improve yield, cycle time, and process efficiency using SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with module owners to define new equipment structures and roadmaps supporting cycle time, capacity, and process improvement plans. - Utilize analytics and process control tools to monitor performance, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and track performance metrics. - Maintain lab and fab safety by ensuring compliance with EHS standards and mitigating process-related risks through hazard analysis.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of experience (or equivalent experience). - Hands-on background in process integration and assembly and test process development. - Demonstrated experience applying Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Design of Experiments (DOE), and root cause analysis for yield optimization. - Experience with ATE testing, electrical measurements, electrical testing, and failure analysis. - Working knowledge of precision metrology and operations within a clean room environment.
