Develop, optimize, and support photolithography processes for InP wafer fabrication using i-line, DUV, and electron beam lithography systems.

About the role

This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting photolithography processes used to manufacture InP wafer-based devices. Technical focus includes i-line, DUV, electron beam lithography, contact aligners, and coat/develop systems.

What you'll do

- Develop, optimize, and maintain photolithography processes and production recipes for InP wafer fabrication. - Support production using i-line, DUV, electron beam lithography, contact aligners, and coat/develop systems. - Troubleshoot process issues, identify root causes, and execute experiments to improve yield, lithography performance, and process capability. - Monitor and optimize critical metrics, including CD, overlay performance, and tool-specific process parameters using SPC and fault detection. - Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate lithography with etch, deposition, and other manufacturing processes. - Support equipment qualifications, process transfers, new product introductions, and develop process documentation and specifications.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field. - At least 5 years of semiconductor photolithography process engineering experience. - Experience processing GaAs and/or InP wafers in a manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience as a process owner or equipment owner for i-line, DUV, contact aligner, or electron beam lithography systems. - Understanding of photolithography fundamentals, including resist processing, focus and exposure optimization, alignment strategies, and process window development. - Experience using CD and overlay metrology, along with familiarity with DOE, SPC, and process capability analysis.
