About the role
This role focuses on semiconductor process integration and technology development for DRAM. You will execute process integration activities across DRAM device components including memory array transistors, capacitors, CMOS transistors, and array interfaces.
What you'll do
- Plan, design, and implement process integration for wafer fabrication processes for future DRAM.
- Define technology requirements, design rules, and structural and electrical specifications.
- Execute technology integration in DRAM device components, including memory array transistors, capacitors, CMOS transistors, and memory array interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in simulation, process development, process architecture, circuit design, and quality assurance.
- Lead process module development and full process integration while driving key module requirements and technology gaps.
- Analyze, extract, interpret, and feedback inline inspection data and measurement data to improve performance and reliability.
What you'll need
- BS with 10+ years of industry experience, MS with 8+ years of industry experience, or PhD with 5+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years of research and development experience in DRAM, NAND, or emerging memory.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skillset in unit process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and analytical skills.
- Experience with process integration and core/peri architecture co-optimization.
- Proficiency with statistical data analysis software.
