About the role

This role leads memory system design for HBF-based products across mobile and datacenter applications. You will focus on NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure within the Emerging Technology Solutions group.

What you'll do

• Drive HBF-controller interface specs and alignment.
• Define HBF management algorithms along with reliability and performance improvement algorithms.
• Work with the firmware team on algorithm implementation.
• Collaborate with the validation team to define test objectives, measurement, and debug planning.
• Verify and characterize algorithms on actual systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years (BS) or 7+ years (MS) of experience in NAND flash-based or related system design.
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages, such as C, C++, or Python.
• Experience with NAND management algorithms and qualification flow.
• Proven experience leading products or projects and managing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm.
