About the role
This role is responsible for the development of future generations of 3D NAND flash memory. The position focuses on electrical characterization of flash memory chips to improve memory cell reliability and performance.
What you'll do
- Perform electrical characterizations of flash memory chips to improve memory cell reliability and performance.
- Characterize memory cells and arrays, evaluate reliability, and optimize operating methods and parameters.
- Invent new solutions to address technical challenges in memory cells.
- Conduct root cause analysis of cell reliability issues and identify engineering solutions.
What you'll need
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or nano-electronics.
- Familiarity with advanced semiconductor processing technologies.
- Knowledge of statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis.
