Photo Manufacturing Process Engineer (RFAB)
Support a high-volume 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies.
About the role
This role is responsible for photolithography manufacturing process engineering to support wafer fabrication operations. The position supports a high-volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies.
What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations and perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time.
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
- Execute project and improvement plans focused on efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvements, and new product support.
- Identify systematic process- or equipment-related problems and communicate findings continuously to the engineering staff.
- Support manufacturing ramp activities, including equipment and process startup alongside process experiments (SWRs).
- Participate in data analysis and technical problem resolution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong foundation in statistical process control.
- Experience with engineering change control and process release strategies.
