About the role
As a staff design engineer, you will be responsible for block-level analog circuit design, simulation, schematic capture, layout verification, post-layout extraction and simulation, and top-level integration.
What you'll do
- Execute block-level analog circuit design and simulation. - Perform schematic capture and layout verification. - Conduct post-layout extraction and post-layout simulation. - Perform top-level integration and verification.
What you'll need
- MSEE with at least 5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design. - Prior design experience in ADC design (SAR, Delta-Sigma, Counting, or Pipelined). - Solid understanding of transistor level analog and digital circuit theory. - Analog integrated circuit implementation skills and knowledge in reducing design risk. - Proficiency in design tools such as Cadence or Mentor.
Nice to have
- Prior design experience in Low-Noise Amplifier, Op-amp, or RF design. - Solid knowledge in layout design and extraction. - Knowledge of digital design flow, digital systems, and analog/digital interface and integration. - Experience with mixed-mode system-level simulation (AMS) on SOC.
