About the role
This role is for a Sr Test Engineer with expertise in DC parametric test wafer probing and FET characterization, supporting device characterization and production test development.
What you'll do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain DC parametric test programs specifically for FET device wafer probing.
- Operate and troubleshoot wafer probers and DC parametric test equipment to ensure precise FET characterization.
- Collaborate with FET device design and process engineers to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze FET parametric test data to identify device performance trends, yield issues, and process variations.
- Support wafer probe station setup, calibration, and maintenance with a focus on FET devices.
- Document test procedures, characterization results, and provide detailed technical reports to project teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with DC parametric test equipment and wafer probing systems, with specific experience in FET device characterization.
- Strong understanding of DC electrical characterization and test measurement.
- Proficient in test program development and data analysis software/tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with automated wafer probers and parametric test automation for FETs, Caps, Resistors, and Diodes.
- Experience with C, C++, C# programming.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire.
- Knowledge of test yield analysis and statistical process control.
