About the role
This role involves PMIC IC design, including Buck/Boost/LDO/Load Switch and other topologies, with a focus on general DCDC converters, storage power, client, or enterprise power solutions.
What you'll do
- Work on mixed-signal power management IC design.
- Perform circuit synthesis from transistor/resistor level up to the system level.
- Supervise layout.
- Participate in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release.
- Develop behavior models using SIMPLIS.
- Assist ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.
What you'll need
- PhD / MSEE with 3+ years of Analog circuit design experience.
- Experience in analog/power management design including one of the following: buck, boost, buck-boost, high performance LDO, switching battery charger, Vcore multi-phase controller, LED driver for lighting, or AC-DC converters.
- Experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
Nice to have
- High voltage design experience.
- Experience in ADC (SAR, delta-sigma), DAC, AFE, Amplifier, or Op-amp design.
