About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products using BiCMOS /DMOS technologies.
What you'll do
- Design mixed-signal power management ICs.
- Perform circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level.
- Conduct circuit simulation and supervise layout.
- Participate in the product development cycle from definition to release.
- Utilize SIMPLIS for behavior models.
- Assist ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.
What you'll need
- PhD / MSEE with 3+ years of Analog circuit design experience.
- Experience in analog/power management design including buck/boost/buck-boost/high performance LDO/switching battery charger/Vcore multi-phase controller/LED driver for lighting/AC-DC converters.
Nice to have
- High voltage design experience.
- Experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, especially in ADC (SAR, delta-sigma)/DAC/AFE/Amplifier/Op-amp design.
