About the role
This role involves leading qualification projects for advanced technologies and managing Probe Test Equipment maintenance within the Test Equipment Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Manage technology qualification projects from planning to completion.
- Plan and execute tests and reports in a timely manner.
- Assess and resolve manufacturing reliability and quality issues.
- Oversee Equipment Maintenance of Probe Test Equipment.
- Lead Engineers and Technicians to ensure equipment meets quality and maintenance standards.
- Maintain required KPI for Probe test and report to Test Equipment Department Manager.
What you'll need
- BS or MS in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Applied Physics, or Any Engineering course.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical background in electronics.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and IC manufacturing.
- Good analytical and statistical skills.
