About the role
This role focuses on driving quality strategy and leading deep-dive investigations into top quality issues across Customer Quality, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Quality, and Contract Manufacturing (CM) / High-Level Assembly (HLA).
What you'll do
- Lead customer quality strategy and issue resolution from escalation through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Drive deep-dive reviews of top customer quality issues and ensure systemic improvements are implemented.
- Own manufacturing quality strategy by identifying top defects, process vulnerabilities, and systemic improvement priorities.
- Lead cross-functional deep dives to eliminate recurring quality issues and strengthen product robustness.
- Own NPI quality readiness strategy, ensuring risks and lessons learned are addressed before product release.
- Lead high-impact quality improvement initiatives focused on top quality issues and operational excellence.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Quality, or NPI environments.
- Proven experience leading complex quality investigations and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project execution.
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- AS9100 Auditor Certification.
