About the role
This role leads complex semiconductor product development and NPI programs from concept through production ramp. The role focuses on MEMS-based Precision Timing solutions.
What you'll do
- Create project schedules, request resources, assess and reduce risks, and define program scope.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
- Track risks, issues, and key dependencies.
- Guide products through required NPI development phase-gates and processes.
- Monitor program performance against plan and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with management, stakeholders, and project teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or Jira).
- Strong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
