About the role
This role is for a Product Engineer focused on cryo and vacuum systems, responsible for technical customer communication and product development throughout typical one-year product cycles. The position involves working with wafer probers used for precise electronic measurements on semiconductor wafers.
What you'll do
- Manage technical customer communication for product cycles.
- Oversee new development and enhancements of products.
- Plan and execute internal build-up to customer acceptance.
- Collaborate interdisciplinary with engineering, planning, manufacturing, and test teams.
- Support sales with active product group marketing.
- Expand networks with international research and industry associations, customers, and technology partners.
What you'll need
- Completed university degree (Diploma/MSc) in Physics or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in vacuum and/or low-temperature technology.
- Technical knowledge and product understanding combined with a strong customer focus for application-oriented solutions.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and German.
- Willingness to travel internationally one to two times per year.
