Focus on the development of new high-voltage GaN products.
About the role
This role involves taking a central part in the development of new high-voltage GaN products. You will interface with internal wafer foundry, quality, and marketing departments, as well as external OSATs.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the movement of multiple GaN product engineering lots through wafer fab, assembly, and testing.
- Allocate materials to meet qualification and customer sampling plans.
- Analyze on-wafer and in-package test results to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Drive root cause investigation for performance, quality, or yield issues.
- Generate reports for internal and external communication.
- Maintain up-to-date GANTT charts and track project status, key results, risks, and problems.
What you'll need
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree + 3 years of experience).
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flow (wafer fab, probe, packaging, and testing).
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis skill.
- Familiar with JMP and MS Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Expertise on GaN products and technologies.
- Familiarity with reliability physics and failure analysis.
- Familiarity with JEDEC and AEC-Q101 qualification standards.
