About the role
This role involves transfer program management, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide a designer's perspective to troubleshoot issues encountered during transfer.
- Evaluate the criticality of device behavior if it cannot match the sending site.
- Identify circuit and test behavior most likely to be impacted.
- Support simulations or corner splits for risk assessment.
- Enable an "onsemi-as foundry" design environment for acquisition projects.
- Support internal or external tape-in/tape-outs for transfer projects, including GDS modifications.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Process design rules knowledge for mask tape-out.
- Device modeling expertise for process/device matching.
- Chip design architecture for probe parameter matching, yield improvement, or failure analysis.
- CAD layout support.
