About the role
This role involves physical design implementation projects for Cadence Korea.
What you'll do
- Perform physical design implementation including floor planning and power grid design.
- Execute place and route, clock tree synthesis, and timing closure.
- Conduct power/signal integrity signoff.
- Perform physical verification (DRC/LVS/Antenna) and EM/IR signoff.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience with ASIC design flow, hierarchical physical design strategies, and methodologies.
- Understanding of deep sub-micron technology issues.
- Solid knowledge of Low Power Design and DFT.
- Expertise in static timing analysis and closure, data skew balancing, and duty cycle adjustment.
- Experience with EM/IR-Drop/crosstalk analysis, formal verification, physical verification, and DFM.
- Proficiency in P&R.
