About the role
This role involves architectural definition and technical leadership for mixed-signal PMICs for automotive and industrial applications.
What you'll do
- Define IC architecture and lead technical execution from design, verification, and validation of mixed-signal PMICs.
- Create and maintain IC architecture, partitioning it into subsystem and interface specifications.
- Lead the design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for DC-DC converters, including error amplifiers, voltage and current references, compensation networks, current sensing circuits, protection circuits, gate drivers, startup circuits, and power sequencing functions.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and industrial standards.
- Collaborate with digital, system, validation, and application teams.
- Support test and quality teams during the product development cycle.
What you'll need
- MSEE.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the development of mixed signal ICs, with preferably >5 years as architect or technical leader.
- Familiarity with integrated circuit electronics including device level physics, particularly analog system and transistor level circuit design.
- Experience with power management designs.
- Expertise in DC-DC architecture and Design.
- Experience with Cadence design tools: Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS.
Skills: PMIC, DC-DC converters, analog design, automotive standards, Cadence Virtuoso
