About the role
What you'll do
- Design and validate process flow based on MEMS design and product requirements.
- Drive MEMS process development and integration to fab/foundry.
- Implement continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with MEMS Foundry.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments with MEMS Foundry to present process change recommendations.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to understand device physics, materials, and fabrication.
- Interface with local and overseas vendors.
What you'll need
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science (PhD preferred).
- Ability to design, conduct, and analyze experiments.
- Strong hands-on experience in MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
- Experience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or Spotfire.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield improvement.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Nice to have
- Experience running laboratory experiments, e.g., RF measurement.
