About the role
The scope includes AMD EPYC processors, AMD Instinct accelerators, AMD Pensando networking, and enterprise AI.
What you'll do
- Define Enterprise Ecosystem Marketing Strategy across OEM, CSP, ISV, and GSI partners.
- Build an integrated partner motion around common Enterprise priorities, solutions, and use cases.
- Prioritize investments for time, people, MDF, and OpEx based on customer opportunity and business impact.
- Develop strong relationships with senior marketing and business leaders at AMD's highest-priority partners.
- Guide integrated programs that bring AMD and its partners together around priority workloads, solutions, and customer needs.
- Strengthen AMD visibility, differentiation, and preference across partner campaigns, launches, events, digital properties, marketplaces, and sales motions.
- Establish consistent frameworks for planning, investment decisions, and measuring partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, program adoption, and investment effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Marketing organization.
What you'll need
- Experience in B2B technology marketing, including significant partner, ecosystem, alliance, channel, or enterprise marketing.
- Firsthand experience working within or alongside major technology partners.
- Experience building senior partner relationships and making portfolio and investment choices.
- Experience building and developing teams through change.
- Ability to create scalable operating models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, including datacenter infrastructure, cloud, AI, networking, or enterprise software.
Nice to have
- Experience working at, or closely with, a leading OEM, cloud service provider, enterprise software company, or systems integrator.
- Demonstrated experience developing or transforming partner marketing programs during business or go-to-market change.
- Experience managing partner marketing investments, including MDF and OpEx.
- Experience working across multiple partner types and building integrated go-to-market programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- MBA or advanced degree.
