About the role
This role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving EHS programs to ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and Entegris EHS requirements. The position will work with Entegris EHS department as part of the site management team to identify, prevent, and resolve potential EHS issues.
What you'll do
- Conduct site audits (inspections), safety observations, record keeping, and track improvements.
- Assist in organizing EHS education and training, including internal and external training and publicity.
- Assist in managing contractor affairs, including meetings, engineering surveys, and on-site inspections.
- Assist the EHS team in promoting ERT, including training and exercise supervision for the ERT team.
- Assist in promoting improvements in organizational safety culture, safety awareness, and accountability.
- Assist in equipment safety inspections (including pre-installation, pre-energy transfer, and pre-commissioning safety inspections).
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents and participate in the development and tracking of corrective and preventive measures.
What you'll need
- University degree.
- 4+ years of factory operation experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and be responsible.
- Strong communication skills to gain stakeholder trust and maintain positive relationships.
- Proactive and problem-solving abilities.
