About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products. These products may include switching regulators, hot-swap eFuse, haft-bridge driver, and power management ICs utilizing sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies.
What you'll do
- Work with Sr. Designer on circuit synthesis from transistor/resistor level up to system level.
- Perform circuit simulation and supervise layout.
- Assist ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.
- Assist AE for evaluation and customer support.
What you'll need
- Understand analog and mixed signal circuits including amplifiers, comparators, oscillator, references, LDO, POR, charge bumps, HV level shifts, drivers, current sensor.
- Understand analog layout techniques.
- Understand ESD, latch-up, and reliability.
- Understand general IC qualification requirements.
- PhD with relevant expertise or MSEE with a minimum of two years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Analog/Power Integrated Circuit Design.
- Solid understanding of circuit fundamental.
